@angvizow, you're using "human rights" to justify children being sexually exploited. It's very similar to the neo-conservative argument that Americans have the "right" to invade foreign countries, kill people and steal their valuables whenever they see fit. There have to be some restrictions on what people are allowed to do, or else people will kill, rape, rob, torture and enslave whenever they have the impulse to do so. So no, Jenna Rose doesn't have the right to make this video.

This "song" has hit a chord here on YouTube, I've been checking out all the reaction videos to OMG...poor Ark Music Factory gets blamed for putting out this song, but from what I could find online it's not an Ark production. Apparently the Swerdlow family paid for it themselves.

@insanityrules32 I keep on hearing about how she wrote the song...I highly doubt it. and if she did, it must've been with assistance by the adults, because they are selling her. And how would you know who wrote it anyway? She's being used by her parents, and the industry to make them money, and they're trying to get people to look at it by making it disturbing. Where is the proof that she wrote it?
