these videos are really nice i collect movies myself so its really interesting to see other peoples dvd collections i think i mostly collect classics like the old frankenstein movies and so on XD i also think of getting the xtro movies but i heard that the quality on 2 and 3 are really bad but luckily the first uncutted version exists in denmark so i think about simply getting the first and then find another (legal) way to watch the others

A Dawn of the dead box set has jst been released in the UK. It contains all 3 cuts of the films. Not sure about the extras tho. I cant wait 2 get mine :)

Not always, the Phantasm set isn't available in the US. There are a few other UK exclusives the yanks dont have either!

They don't take the money from your account until its despatched, so if youve cancelled it prior to despatch then there's nothing to refund.

The Hammer House of Horror box set is an excellent set of DVDs, they take pride of place in my collection. I would seriously recommend buying them. The stories are shot in typical hammer style colour, covering a variety of themes such as cannibalism, voodoo, murder, the supernatural and madness/insanity!

If you want to see the uncut part 1 you'll have to get the UK Warner disc though.

Have you seen the Ultimate Hammer Collection. Its a 21 disc set released in the UK by Optimum. What's cool about this set is that all the movies are in anamorphic widescreen. I totaly want this set but it's so expensive. I think eventually I'll save up and buy this set.

I love horror movies and I love the Evil Dead trilogy but can anyone explain the connection between the first and second evil dead besides Bruce Campbell being the main actor? It's always bugged me that they did a second one and Ash goes to the cabin and acts like nothing ever happened and does it all over again. Please someone explain!

I think the intro to pt2 was meant to be an alternate take on the events of pt1, hence why he has 2 girls called "Linda" and how come he plays the tape again.

If you start Evil Dead 2 from the point where the evil grabs Ash and hurls him through the trees you have a smooth continuation from the end of pt1.

No, the Euro discs by Paramount are the same as the cut US theatrical versions. Only the first film, available on DVD from Warner, is uncut.

Funny think about Part 1. The single disc has the uncut version of Annie's death, in the box set, Annie's death was cut, but Mrs. Voorhees' death is uncut.

Holland is the best place for uncut goodies, they have no censorship what-so-ever and are free to import and resell from other countries. No such luck over here.
