Very interesting news! In Brooklyn, hm, I hope to have the opportunity to visit them when we will be coming back to NY in April. Will they also be using the outstanding products imported by Gustiamo? Like Piennolo tomatoes, Faella pasta, Yellow tomatoes by Maida etc??? Hope so!
Also the San Marzano tomatoes by Dani Coop are superbe, and I would hope to get served meals prepared with only wonderful italian ingredients like these mentioned. Good luck to Speedy Romeo in the meantime!
