  • Forget Cop #2, check out Cop #3 with a boot to the head, I LOVE IT, anytime a punk puts kids in danger, it's 'Open Season' as far as I'm concerned.... "I hope so"...hahahaha!!

  • Dennis Miller has taught America a lot. When a celebrity's career is irrevocably in the shithole, Fox News will still take them as long as they say the right things.

  • You Hit the ChickenHawk Hair Plug Weasel right on the head with that, next Faux will bring Bozo the Clown or Charo on as a Commentator. Well, that Would be an Improvement.

  • Disagreements are fine. But I will be keeping this comment section clean.

  • "Off the hook."? So he was not charged? They cuffed him and then uncuffed him in front of his house, letting him go? Oh, he is facing penalties? Well then the actions of the cop are not keeping the guy on the hook, it is police brutality. Why am I supposed to take a comedian seriously? Why is a comedian giving news? Why is the comedian trying to be serious? Isn't he supposed to be a clown? This is what happens when a comedian starts believing in his own BS!

  • Feeling bad for the criminal are we? He was putting kids in danger and putting the police in danger so he got a little ruffed up and you don't like it? Too fucking bad, he deserved it.

  • He's a comedian who also has an opinion. I'm sure you watch that hack John Stewart and don't cry about him giving his opinion do you?

  • Jon Stewart is Funny, Miller dosn't even try anymore. Well at least hes off Monday Night Football,

  • Word, Miller lost his Funny Bone when he joined Faux News, Hes became a Lame Putz and the essence of a washed up has been.

  • It's amazing how people suddenly become talentless when they stop agreeing with you.

  • BINGO. I'm sure these moonbats were cracking up when Miller was on Saturday Night Live but put him on Fox with O'Reilly and all of a sudden he sucks! I love it.

  • The converse is also true. How often did we see Miller on Fox when he was making jokes about Rush Limbaugh being like a bad shopping cart which no matter what direction you point it always pulls to the right. Or encouraged the female voting population to "vote the Arlen Specters out of office..."

  • Miller's edge was his intelligence and quick wit. This edge was compromised when he professed that this president--widely regarded as among the least intelligent and most witless in the history of the U.S.--is his guy.

  • "...widely regarded as among the least intelligent and most witless in the history of the U.S."

Perhaps the range of opinions you receive is not as wide as you imagine.

  • Ok provide me the names of academics and historians who would not rank GWB at or near the bottom of the barrel. As to the range of opinions I tap into, I say avoid flag-waving jingoistic individuals that are quick to question the patriotism of any dissenting voice and lack both the knowledge and curiosity to learn from past mistakes.

  • Then again maybe you are right. Perhaps today we have the most astute of leaders who somehow without traveling overseas prior to his presidency had a stranglehold on foreign affairs not from something boring as books and intelligence reports on the topic, but much more compelling--his self professed reliance on his instincts/gut. I was silly to lack faith in the gut of our warrior president who served honorably when it was his time to go to war in Vietnam.

  • I just find it funny how someone loses their intelligence when they no longer agree with you.

  • Your fortune cookie one-liners fail to answer my earlier question regarding academcis/historians. Try answering a question without a facile comment comprising, "It's *insert ironic adjective* how someone loses *insert attribute formerly associated with Miller* when they stop agreeing with you."

  • You have taken this way off topic. If you want to discuss the intelligence of President Bush, do it somewhere else. If you want to comment on the video or Dennis Miller, feel free to do it here.

  • TheDogness - I just find it funny how someone loses their intelligence when they no longer agree with you.

  • Where did I say that?

If you want to comment on the video, that is fine. If you are just going to attack me, you are not welcome here.

  • "mark against people who want to do this in the future"

Good idea, like the whipping of suspects with rubber tubes under a heat lamp, while tied to a chain for several hours. Why? For practicing their right to remain silent. Better to punish them for it lest other people think of practicing their rights. Checks and balances are needed for reasons. Can't keep your composure, get out of the uniform.

  • Miller is right on the money.

  • Getting a littel vigorous. (i.e.)- losing control of himself and acting violently/inappropriately). We don't expect criminals to have excuses, why should cops be any different? You lose control and do something wrong, you are punished for it. The only reason this is on FOX with a comedian commenting is so that people don't take it seriously. People such as yourself who thinks humor equates logic.

  • Dennis Miller was right on, the prick put people in danger so the cop beat him up and a bleeding liberal like yourself feels bad for the criminal and blames the cop, typical.

  • Miller was talking about "vigorish", not "vigorous".
