Guys, you do NOT need to boot into safe mode, just right-click HPUSBPW.exe and click "Run as administrator". Then it should work. If you get an access denied message in the command prompt, do the same with the cmd.exe file in system32.

this is the right video, but you have to have vista or win7 installed on the computer you gonna make the bootable usb drive.

Well if i 'm going run this as admin the USB_MultiBoot_10.cmd will run normally but the HPUSBFW.EXE and PeToUSB.exe will not run as admin.

can you do it with a iso from piratebay instead of disk?

Yes , but you have to extract it in a folder with same name as the cd or you can mount it and of course you can just burn it to a cd/dvd.

Instead of booting into safemode, you can just turn off User Control off, then it'll work just as it will in XP :)
