The whole idea of these cars is that they are offensive. They come from a Japanese gang culture. Gang members would dress in serious bikie gear with mohawks etc and drive/ride around cities in these modded cars and motorbikes causing havoc, they even did drive bys on pedestrians with molotov cocktails and shit.
