  • @2012UTvolunteer Ole Miss and Tennessee used to be pretty big rivals, back in the middle of the 20th century and would often play in Jackson, Mississippi and Memphis, Tennessee. I assume the Liberty Bowl offered Ole Miss quite a bit of money to move their home game, and ESPN also paid them to play on Thursday(this was our second and last ESPN Thursday night game)...
