Easy Fade Photoshop

hey, i have a picture of my friends and I on my pc and i would like to know if any knows how to get like a picture of a flag so it covers the picture but it fades away like the example in this video

do you have photoshop? because it's pretty easy to do just put the picture you want to be in the background farther down on the list and then do the effects on the image you want to fade like the flag you're tlaking about....

if you don't have photoshop i can make the picture for you

i meant to Fade from like Blue to red you know in one picture.

what you could do is fade from blue to having the picture not showing... then fade from the layer not showing to having it be red, there's other ways to do it, but that's just one example hope that helps

How o you adjust the opacity of a frame? You just say to adjust it to zero but I didn't see how you did it.

I didn't quite understood how did you erased 2nd frame's letters and the 1st frame's letters didn't erased too =/

What do you mean? What do I do on the second frame? If so, I tween between the first frame.

what do you set on the 2nd frame at zero? I couldn't figure that out.
