2 things: the bad trip pill transforms into a full health when you're at 1 heart or less and helth downs into health ups. Pills simply cannot kill you. The luck foot only works with the skull guy and helps you get good pills (such as bat trip).

Hey Paul, have you heard that there is a full expansion in the works for The Binding Of Isaac? Over 70 new items, new areas, over 5 new songs too apparently! I'm pretty pumped for it, I only 100%-ed the game yesterday :D
