  • Fran if you find the bitterness of cacao beans to much eat them with a handful of Goji berries.

  • dam

  • your videos are very helpful, your good.but i agree, wayy too long, just get to the point,n do everyone a favor. but hey you've helped everyone, so thanks! :D

  • I have been taking Natures Own Super B Complex and its really helping clear my skin. Its good to find out new things to help with my skin which has been a problem since I was 14. Keep up the good work.

  • I think it is not healthy to gob all those pills and supplements.. your skin looks good ..milk sucks

  • Your website doesn't work. FF keeps telling me "Address Not Found".

  • Can one overdose on vitamin B5? I read that some Vitamins if overdosed are harmful to the body. I don't recall which ones though...

  • B vitamins are generally safe even in high doses because they are water soluble and an excess will simply be expelled during urination. High doses of B5 (pantothenic acid) can cause headaches however, probably due to its increase in norepinephrine.

  • The vitamin that is the most harmful and can be even fatal if overdosed is vitamin A if taken in its retinol form (as in cod liver oil) but its much safer if taken in its B- Carotene form (in carrots and vegetables) mostly as FletcherHabit said, water soluble vitamins( B&C) are safer in high doses than lipid soluble vitamins (A,D,E & K)

  • do you think that getting a facial is good??? and could you please please please try the product called bye bye acne and do a video on a review because i want to know if i should order it, and i really want to know your perspective on it. thanks so much

  • skype? ^^ 2:50

  • Thanks for this information = )

  • i like you! how old are you by the way?

  • you're pretty

  • could it be that maybe it's not the dairy but the hormones that they put in it and in the animals?

I've been taking the Vitex that you recommended, because my acne is hormonal, and it seems to be working a bit. I haven't been on my period yet so we'll see how it goes when I get it.

I'm also considering Red Raspberry Leaf supplements as well because they are supposed to help with female health hormones too.

  • Great tips!

  • that's great! i love your videos, but i think you look a bit thin (please don't take offense!). i recently read an article about people who take too strongly to supposedly "healthy" lifestyles ... one of the women profiled drank so much carrot juice she turned orange! there has to be balance in life. please take care! all the best! :)

  • some people are just naturally thin and it has nothing to do with people who go health crazy.

  • She mentioned that she is naturally skinny...

  • Perhaps, but I think it's affected by how much she's cut out. A lot of people who are health nuts develop a type of eating disorder because of their fear for eating unclean foods. That probably isn't the case with her, but I wish she wouldn't cut out natural fruit sugars and things like that. Unless you actually have an intolerance to foods like that (like wheat too), you really shouldn't cut them out. If your body can digest dairy, that means it wants to have it! I wish mine did!

  • She's naturally skinny... Don't assume things if you don't know!

  • I didn't.

Quote -> "That probably isn't the case with her, but I wish..."

Idiot. Don't assume things either. I've read her diet and have come to my own conclusions backed up by evidence. I love how you made a gross assumption yourself. Again, IDIOT.

  • I think she's just got a very active thyroid but the diet doesn't allow much calories to get stored as fat either so she just looks slightly anorexic = S

  • Calm down! Sheesh.

  • So good for you! It really is great to hear someone who has first hands on experience with this wanting to help other people.

  • where can you purchase vitamin B5 and what age group is it for...? i am a 13 year old female, with acne prone/oily/combination skin (especially on my t-zone). would it be suitable for me and could any recommend any products for me..? thanks xx :D

  • thanks for posting! :)
