This is my grandfather's favorite Eagles song. He wants this song to be played at his funeral. Sometimes, when I hear this song, I tear up a little bit. This is my favorite Eagles song as well. I remember me and my grandfather would listen to our CD and he would be happy as soon as he would hear the piano intro. It made me smile every time, and it still does. I played this song for him a couple weeks ago, and I saw his eyes light up. It brought back good memories. He still loves The Eagles. :D

Hello TheEaglesHD, This was one of my favorite love songs in high school many many years ago. A classic. While singing this song with my daughter, she was reading the lyric's, and lo and behold she found a typo in the words typed. I think it should be, {the queen of hearts is always your best bet}. Words typed is {heats}. Oh well, great cover and great job audio. Thanks for the posting.

This is right up there with "Stairway to Heaven" by LZ. Songs don't get any better than these two. I don't know why this song brings tears to my eyes. I don't have any bad memories connected to it. Maybe it touches something deep inside that I haven't allowed myself to be aware of.
