I love the end of this episode when ALF wakes up and sees Eric in the crib--especially with the music that plays in the background. This episode is so fitting because it aired a few weeks before I was born. Sesame Street also did the baby episodes during the same week if not the following week.

NO it was a costume they just made a kid inside the costume and used cuts to make him sound like a alien or a adult

Alf is a puppet. Most of the time, two puppeteers controlled him. One for his mouth and one hand, and the other to work the other hand. Any time they needed to show him walking around, in a full body shot, he was a little person in a costume.

I'm a bit disappointed. There were a total of 4 seasons of Alf produced.

It doesn't look like the rights to season 4 were acquired (yet).

Hopefully they will be.
