Note to EVERYONE- Files are only meant to be used in one direction, not back and forth. You will ruin your files this way, and some files can be 20 bux each. SO- put your file on the metal, apply pressure, and push away from you. Lift. Repeat. Don't apply pressure on the file on the stroke toward you.
