most of it looks to be overground and not underground does this mean it will be taken over by noraml trains and the electric rail removed,like the east london line. Just wondering if the ast lonmdon line is the start of transfering other mostly overground routes to thsi new london overground thing.

There as far as I know, no plans for that. 55% of the Underground is overground.
