Judging by your deck you don't have enough of the same monster level to xyz summon. I suggest you use Gagga Magican to balance the deck out and try different combos of Katio's deck.

Phonton veil sucks really

just the photon tiger and galaxy eyes are playable in this deck. Photons will be just good when lizard, slasher, and the fusion come out. Photon lead rules totaly

Nice, first photon deck on utube! I reccomend running the monster guardian of Order (for G-Eyes) and the spell Photon Booster for monsters like saber tiger and especially daybreaker. Great deck though!
