Oh, you should first get the Multi-Model Edition, I assume you got the very first version of the program. and then to get Mio you can go search in google for "SaYaka Project" It should be the first link and once there click the one with "MMD" with it. :)

Go to Facial Expressions, then click remove eye frames, if you need to remove eyebrow frames, and last but not least to get rid of mouth motion delete all mouse frame.
