  • send message all of u to facebook or twiter, those medicine must arrive to thoses women !!!!!!!

  • Trillions spent on war. Millions are playing video games. This has 50K views. Our human priorities suck. But that's why the world is the way it is.

I wonder if we will ever really change? I hope so. Will we finally grow up, or will it take some enormous global disaster to wake our selfish nations?

  • Very powerful video and message. Thank-you and respect to you Annie.

  • WE MUST DO SOMETHING...we are just one....

  • Annie is a glorious hero for what she is doing.

  • Only just found you Annie here on Youtube at least...and great work...aside from the 30,000 children who die everyday of preventable disease and nutrition effects, is the dark shadow of children who also die from HIV and AIDS....but hey, I hear, theyre in the third world arent they, a million miles from us here in the oh so comfortable Western World! I say it doesnt matter race, or location, rich or poor. It is always a loss to the whole. We are all one...lets start thinking as one.

  • that is very touching, i am glad annie put her heart into this to help people like them. she is amazing and sweet

  • i am one of the many involved in the sing campaign. after talking to annie i can truly say she is one amazing woman. she has inspired me to follow my ambitions and dreams. we can create that beam of light for the women and children across africa through our beliefe and devotion to this fantastic campaign. i wish it all the best as it shows the world how one woman with an idea (along with the help of the public) followed her ambitions to produce one true beam of hope

  • Great thing this person is doing. Much more than anyone here would do. Here is an example of an actual good person.

  • Thanks azmoni x inviarmi questo clip, sperimo che un giorno queste atrocita' abbiano una fine......

  • I wasn't aware of this until now. Thank you.

  • GOD BLESS YOU ANNIE

  • I've loved this woman from the moment I first saw her (orange crew cut and all) belting out Sweet Dreams when i was a high school sophmore. Fast forward to her album Diva. I had just ended my very first relationship. The album came out the same week. It will always hold a very powerful place in my heart. I felt like the album was written to express everything I was feeling. Thank you Annie!!!

  • let's help annie spread the word!! everyone can email and text and share the video.. buy a cd or tshirt.

let's sing it around the world.

  • i still remember when i bought my cd DIVA in 1992. Then i was only 16 years old. I couldnt believe such an amazing artist could exist. I have admired her since then as a performer, as an artist. Today Im 32 and admire Annie for using her fame to fight against HIV in south Africa. God bless you!

  • SING!!

  • Por favor!!!!!!!! piensen un poco, Annie no necesita mas dinero, lo hace porque es una mujer que no se queda mirando "ella hace". La aplaudo por eso.

  • Well done Annie, I think it's great that you're getting the word out there. I know you're focusing on the problems in Africa, but you're also getting the word out there that children of HIV positive parents can be born HIV free with the right medical care. I showed your video to a friend today who never had heard of that. Education through music, it's a good thing.

  • Annie Lennox is such a great person this is a project to convince the world we have to concer about the children wich have aids about the people in sout afrika :-( WE HAVE TO GET INVOLVED

  • Thank you so much Annie,Sing.

  • love...you....so....Annie!!!!

  • I applaud Annie for her efforts, but culture and superstition are huge in the black African community, something white South Africans don't usually understand.

  • sing, my sister, sing

    let your voice be heard

what won't kill you will make you strong

    sing, my sister, sing

    Annie you are awesome

  • THX to Annie - an important message and i hope SING will be soon released from her new album to reach No. 1 worldwide.

  • thanks for speaking out your fantastic

  • What a wonderful example you set Annie.

    Thank you.

  • In her live performance of Sing you get THE full power of her vid statements thru her voice alone.....soooo powerful to see her do this live.......a vid can't catch the vibe she exhudes really....

  • Sing Annie, Sing!

  • Go on Annie! I trust you.

  • Annie, we love you! I'm going to the show tonight in Minneapolis. Don't worry, I don't own a gas mask.

  • annie, you're such a good person not only an excellent singer! i love you! keep on like that!

  • "A child should have the right to be born free of HIV/AIDS." Amen.

  • This was shown at her concert last night in Dallas. The audience applauded. It was deeply moving and was presented in a very tasteful way.

We need more live dates Annie - your concert last night was outstanding. The best I have ever seen. Time went by way too fast. Please come back again soon.

  • Makes me think of the scripture that says something like 'religion that is faithful and true is looking after widows and orphans in their distress' ... I should think that many of these women are already widows by the time that their children are born and clearly all of them are in distress: its heartbreaking that more can't be done for both children and mothers in distress.

  • More of this sort of thing on youtube, please, and fewer clips of catty people harping at fluff non-celebrities!

    Thanks, Annie-- keep it up!!!

  • omg this is really upsttin

  • signed, ANNIE UR THE BEST, love you. thanks.

  • ((((HUG)))

  • There are 5.5 million people infected with HIV/AIDS in South Africa alone. The population of the country is 47million.

1.2 million of those infected are children under the age of 5 who are orphans and dependent on the state for their care.

11,000 out 5.5million have access to medical care.

1,000 people per day die from AIDS in South Africa.

  • soo cool!

this is a really good job!

    youre an angel!

  • This is so inspirational. It's been too long coming really, and there's honestly no excuse for why it has taken so many years for anyone to pay attention.

I mean, I'm only seventeen, but I still feel compelled to do something, anything about it, even if it just means getting other people to watch this video.

    Thank you, Annie.

  • It breaks my heart to know that all of the money that my american "government" spends on creating war (IE: Iraq) COULD have been and SHOULD BE spent on battling HIV, hunger, etc for the sake of ALL humanity.

  • Thanks so much for the work you are doing! It´s so neccesary!Ten years ago i´ve spent some weeks in South Africa. Such a wonderfull country, with so friendly and warm people.I was quite young, and i didn´t asked anyone about the aids/HIV-epidemic, i even did´n´t knew about this problem in South Africa. Today i´m wondering that i could be so blind. And so i´m very thankfull that you are working and struggling so hard to bring this issue into the minds of the people!

  • well done annie, with you al the way

  • Have signed up to the mailing list. This is 'positive' indeed.
