It's nice to see a training session really utilize retsev. I try to do this in my class, but lack intensity, for fear of hurting my partner. Training control is probably the hardest thing to learn!!

I think you were down here her first week or so. She has not only a phenomenal fighting spirit but works hard to be great at all she does. You are right, she and many of the other women in my classes make me look good. Beside, I am getting old. They will be my bodyguards in a year or two when I can't move anymore.
