Ammo Can Grill

this is great, i was thinking of building one that i could use with charcoal, but have 2 sliding doors on the sides that open up air holes so i could use small sticks to have a campfire..kinda like a hobo stove

Have you tried using wood as well as charcoal

@Texasoutback I haven't used a free wood fire in it but did take coals from a campfire and drop 'em in.charcoal is just really convenient.

Sweet... I'm going to have my Boy Scouts build some of these. I'm going to put a pin hinge on one end of the grate, and have a flip up handle on the other end... that way we can use it as a wood burning grill as well. Like it. See my 50Cal box stove on squeakyhingeTV channel.

ya the titanium one will not melt. i had a fire goin' that melted aluminum and the titanium didnt melt or flare up. nice video

@pkbjorn35 Thank you. I think vent holes would make a more complete burn. I keep charcoal in mine so it could get messy if the dust shook out.

Idea! Tailgating!

Painted to favorite sports team colors.

Logos/stickers also.

May or may not work due to heat but could use magnetic logos and remove when cooking.

Just remember who gave u the tailgating idea incase u make a fortune.
