It's a Rico Royal M11 Graphite tenor mouthpiece with a 1.5 Vandoren V16 tenor reed or a #1 Rico Royal tenor reed. The ligature may have come with it at the time. I don't think they do anymore. They are very consistent mouthpieces. I've played on expensive links and Berg, but when I pulled this out of my mouthpiece draw I liked it and have been using it ever since. All the Best, Cliff

The Rico mouthpieces work great on the old Bueschers.
You should also try a Metalite M9 (or higher if you can find one).
It is a great match on my Super 400.
