In order to do so he orders Claude to take away the one thing that Sebastian desires, Ciels soul.
This is where the plot sets in, Claude takes his soul but he needs the body too so when Alois says "I want you Ciel Phantomhive" he means his soul and body to make Sebastian miserable.
If alois were to want to get in anyone's pants it'd be Claude's. He has grown to love Claude but then again that could very well be because he has abandonment issues and doesn't want to be left alone and hes grown to trust Claude.
As much as I ship that pairing the way its portrayed in Kuro is not in a Yaoi way.

My heart aches with sadness yet with happiness of how perfect this is. I can actually feel the agony and it feels so right and complete. I love it, the beauty of tragey.
I feel so bad for him, being touched all that time. Then being deceived by his love. I can understand how he feels about the look in Claude's eyes, pure ecstasy. Lust is his music, also sadness and loneliness.
I cried so much, when Alois died! He's my fav in Kuroshitsuji and I miss him so much T^T At least he got his happy ending :3 But wait... that was sad, too... damn xD

@Bella22Maria He was a "Slave boy" (<- in lack of a better word), For the original master of the Trancy manor. He ended up ordering Claude to kill him (I think...I'm not sure, it doesn't really say) And Alois poses as the mans son and thus becomes the Heir.

If Claude didn't kill him and take his soul the Reapers would have and then Alois would have been gone for good and Ciel would have been eaten and that would be the end but now it's open for a plausabel season 3 Though i love/hate both Claude and Alois

I didnt really like alois that much he was hot i just didnt like how mean and bitchy he waz at times but i still cryed for him even though he didnt die until like the last episode.
