Hard to tell from the video but taking a stronger line towards the lights might help dissuade idiots like that.

Yes, this is, You are correct in taking a stronger line and dependent on location I normally would but you dont expect idiots like this to cut off the end of a bus lane on a red light when they are going nowhere anyway. The joys of cycling.
