place is so fake. I lived there. And rude Malibu spill over people.
The people don't speak to each other. This place will drive you insane if you live here, it is vapid and full of trust fund people.

In real life Topanga is even nicer and greener, year round ! A fantastic place and just 5 minutes away from Malibu ! It used to be my favorite escape to go and paint and just to be !
