i used to do this in third grade! they gave the bands to us for a culture thing we were doing. but we would twis it in into different shapes and raise it up to make it harder

My husband and I played it as children, of course, but couldn't remember all the rules. We wanted to teach our children. Your video was done well and the explanation was plain. I like how you repeated the foot movements again and again at the end. Thank you very much for posting.

This is great I used to do this when I was little too. I think I might even still have the chinese jump rope I used. I never got pass master the knee high level though because it was a fad when I was little- like marbles, jacks, and pogs
