Fantastic and thanks for posting....what more could we ask for celebration day straight into blackdog.....Led Zeppelin are my favourite band and i really liked your playing....More Zeppelin songs please.
Page was even sloppier than usual on the outro of this version too. Check the version as presented on the original soundtrack as released back in the 70's.

He nailed the outro on whatever night the original came from. (Sorry, but I couldn't get the link to the original to work, if you paste the code above into youtube search window an example of which I speak will be made available).
Nice job on the cover. This song kicks ass no matter which outro is played.
The best guitar tuition I have ever had, "watch and learn" and always on the beat and accurate. I've learnt more here in the last year or so than ever before. Totally inspired me to get the old thing out of the box and start playing again. As for Keith v's Jimmy, both brilliant but Keith is still in his band kicking arse long after others found it all too hard to keep their s**t together.
hey bro, jroxx11211 here and your the best on youtube! all the other dudes have such attitudes, the music is the most important thing, not some assholes ego!!! keep 'em coming bro....jeff
@jroxx11211 I agree that Jimmy is a better musician but you can't listen to "Cant You Hear Me Knockin'" and not be amazed at Keiths guitar sound and rhythm. I have NEVER heard it done accurately! I love them both and you are right, Apples and Oranges.
@privettricker Thanks, this gives me new hope since I thought you play the guitar for about 4 or 5 years. I know your profile says you're 42, but I didn't believe it. I'm a big fan, keep making these videos please! You're one of the best on whole Youtube, and I've seen a couple!
"rough day at work"? I thought playing on YouTube and showing us how it's done was your job. Just goes to show you, nobody's life is perfect. Makes your efforts all the more appreciated. Groove on.
"Got pretty sloppy", ha! You always kick ass man. Your outro solo was pretty good, really had a Page-ish touch. Just for curiosity, how many takes do you do normally when covering something?
@MrLino This one took four tries, and the first three didn't get past the intro. I kept going off the beat before the drums come in. But once you get that right and you're in time when Bonham comes in, then the rest is a piece of cake.
Do you have a tab for this??
