  • Totally going to be making this sometime this week! Looks great... :) Hope to see wayyyy more!

  • Proud of you, Courtney... you did good... next time, lets wrap the cabbage around the mixture a little more tightly ( I did see where you were only using one hand so you could hold the camera in the other hand, though ) What did Gary think of them? I would like to try them, sometime. I would love to see more videos like this. It's very educational for people who want to lose weight. Love you! - Mom

  • tofu scares me lol great vid hun!! I gotta start cooking more :P

  • Love it Courtney, tired it with chicken and a little tofu (as I havent eaten much tofu before) it was fab with take some for lunch at work. Great video also, well put together some other vids I have seen it is hard to see or hear what is going on because they only talk not add text to the vid. FYI love the pre taste test comment....as that what I would be thinking too about myself. Wjats next on the menu???? :)

  • MMMM that looks great (but i`m not too sure on the tofo tho)!!! I was thinking of doing cooking videos like that too. Maybe one day soon :-) Im definatly gonna try out that reciepe soon! Great video btw!! Looking fordward to your next cleaning eating video :-)

  • Wow those look delicious. Maybe I missed it, (I'll watch again) But I didn't see you add in the soy sauce. I love soy sauce!!! I am so excited. I love egg rolls, and I'm thinking about making them using the cabbage leaves. Did you notice the leaves getting slimy after boiling them? I never thought to boil them. Thanks for taking the time to share this with us!!!

  • @maeberrie33 You are right! I forgot to edit the soy sauce part... I'm going to add it in an annotation. Thanks for lett me know!

The cabbage didn't get slimy because I only boiled it for about 3 minutes. The recipes said only until they change color a bit.

  • Hint for your fridge: put very delicate things inside the actual fridge (like eggs), semi-delicate things that could survive a short drop in the bottom door shelves (glass bottles etc) and keep the upper door shelves for non-breakable things (plastic containers). :)

That looks really good. If I ever try this I'll need to do it with chicken then, because I can't eat anything without a proper texture (I gag when I try).

  • Good job.

    A useful video for you : youtube.com/watch?v=m1NR0uNNs5Y

It's on knife skills. I took a knife skills class, and it was great. Knowing how to properly hold and use your knife is essential to avoiding stitches...and Clean Eating requires a lot of chopping and such!

  • i'm clumsy too... awkward ainey :-P

    good vid!

  • Courtney I love this video:) I am going to try it with ground turkey because tofu never comes out that great for me:/ you are AWSOME:)

  • YUM looks great xx

  • You were right you do look so cute. Oh no poor eggs. I HATE cutting onions. It looks so yummy! I am gonna want to try that some time soon!

  • That looks SO good!!! What did you think of the TASTE of the tofu? We have something at our saturday market called Tobys Tofu Kitchen, Pat and I usually get the Tofu Scramble it comes with that quinoa stuff and a bunch of other nummies. SO good.

  • loved this! I'm going to try this recipe.

  • Court that looks fantastic!!! I am going to HAVE to try that! Did you get tofu packed in water? Even though I am vegetarian....I've only cooked twice with tofu and both times were disasters...I am trying to get over my fear of it ;) Good job, lady!
