The problem I have with Gilad is I always have to be wondering if I'm doing his routines properly because he'd be saying you're suppose to feel it in "this" area of your body and I'm feeling it in a completely different area of my body, or I'd be feeling it in both areas and I have to wonder whats going on. I don't want to hurt a muscle or a bone, you know?
Great clip; I couldn't make it the gym today (so, no treadmill..) but I definitely broke a sweat following along. I'm glad to see Gilad's show is presented here, in segments, on Youtube. The shapely lady trainers are a nice added touch ;)
not necessarily, dance/exercise music is good because it's usually at a faster pace. cardio has to do with your cardiovascular system, which includes your heart. cardio workouts are meant to get your heart beating faster. your heart is a muscle, so this is a workout to strengthen it(as well as most other muscles in your body. but cardio basically means heart
Cardiovascular exercise means "with oxygen".Cardiovascular exercise is activity involving the large muscles, such as your legs. The word 'aerobic' refers to something that needs oxygen. During cardiovascular or aerobic exercise oxygen gets continuously delivered to your muscles. Outside of exercise, terms like 'aerobic bacteria' refer to bacteria that need oxygen to survive, and 'anaerobic bacteria' are ones that do not need oxygen to stay alive.
Actually, "cardiovascular" means "of relation to the heart and veins." Cardio is from the Greek word "kardia" for "heart" and the Latin word "vasculum" for "ducts" (anatomically, the veins). Cardiovascular exercise (or "cardio") is exercise that strengthens the cardiovascular system, which includes the heart, veins, and lungs (also part of the respiratory system). It's a great way to prevent heart disease and stroke, as well as regulate blood pressure and improve circulation.

ironwolg it took me 8 weeks with healthy eating. If you want you should try higher impact aerobics but you might struggle.
