I have got a very good hint for you to keeping the nice old DOHC Engine in good shape with todays ultra dry eco fuels: Use 1:100 API TC two stroke oil / fuel mix as regular driving fuel, that keeps the old fuel-system gaskets, rubber parts, alloy parts etc... and cast iron metal surfaces of those vintage engines in excellent shape...and it also lubricates the valves and upper piston regions. Most Porsche vintage owners in Germany do so :) Also keeps carbs and tank clean and rustfree
thats a nice dart, my dad has one too, but it has the 4.5L V8 out of the majestic major in it. used to run high 12's low 13's on street tyres on the quarter back in the 80's.
Piper 645 cam shaft, ported heads, strong backed main bearings, high compression pistons, oversize needles and jets, Lumenition contactless ignition, high output oil pump, 13 row alloy oil cooler, dynamically balanced engine. The original power was 140HP but this dart is running 190HP.
beautiful a lot

Beautiful. New cars just don't have the charm older ones do. It sounds fantastic by the way.

Good work and great sound form yours.

Aha! I'm not surprised. The engine is over-engineered and can certainly handle the power!
Mine is currently undergoing restoration - a 1962 B spec, but I'm keeping it entirely stock.

Great video!
I'm curious, have you modifed the car? It appears to be stock, under the hood, anyway, but it sounds more throaty then usual.
