Domi's role was to fight. Schenn's role is a physical d-man with some skill, obviously Domi would eat him in a fight at the same age.
Plus, when Domi was 16, or in his younger years, players weren't as athletic as they are today. Schenn is undersized when compared to most older players in the NHL who have years of training and downing protein shakes on him. He needs time to strengthen more before he can take on tru heavy weights, but then again Schenn isnt required to enforce and fight goons.
schenn isnt a small guy. 6-2 and 215 pounds come on man, he has hard time fighting guys that arent even 6 feet tall and under 200 pounds. if he's gonna be a tough defencemen you got to fight better than that.

Neil almost shattered belaks face with a left punch in one fight they faught. What are you smoking? Neil shouldnt be fighting a little kid but Schenn initiated and the refs jumped in to save Luke Schenns skull. Schenns tough and can fight, not well mind you, but he went after neil because neil is smaller. Schenn wouldnt go toe to toe with a bigger enforcer. Not that he should anyways, but Neil was beating the snot out of him in the end. Schenn gets way too mad sometimes.1 day hes gonna get kod.

neil isn't tough at all the majority of the time he is fighting guys much smaller then him and when he does fight heavyweight guys like brasheer delak or peters he gets man handeled the it's not like the punches he landed in this fight was because he pulled him down and didn't let him back up and this is an 18 year old mind you the kid probly hasn't even filled out yet give him 5 years and he'll probly give he a much better go

Domi's role was to fight. Schenn's role is a physical d-man with some skill, obviously Domi would eat him in a fight at the same age.
Plus, when Domi was 16, or in his younger years, players weren't as athletic as they are today. Schenn is undersized when compared to most older players in the NHL who have years of training and downing protein shakes on him. He needs time to strengthen more before he can take on tru heavy weights, but then again Schenn isnt required to enforce and fight goons.

There's a difference between a 19 year old kid coming out of junior hockey and a seasoned veteran with years of physical fitness training. In a few years Schenn will start manhandling people and I hope it's my comment that jars your memory of years past when I say "I told ya so".
