@icemilf During the time of Jesus there was slavery and there was rape of slave girls. Where in the bible does Jesus SPECIFICALLY state that rape of slaves is NOT permitted? I do not agree with slavery, and certainly not the rape of slaves be they girls or boys but in an era where such practice was acceptable and widespread Allah took things a step at a time. But there is no point argueing with you, you're probably being paid by the Israelli millitary to waste my time.

The Hebrew and the Arabic are from the same semite languages family, but the writing is completely different and so are the words. No Hebrew speaker can understand Arabic, except for some similarity in some words, and vice versa. The bible was translated into Greek and then to Latin and afterwards to all other languages like English. There are lots of miscarriages in the translations but eventually the spirit of the stories and ideis are the same.

What a load of codswallop. Bible is the combination of all books of the Israelites plus the 4 gospels. Of course you can read the Quraan as the Bible. Bible's origins are obscure. But the discoveries of Dead Sea Scrolls have proven many of the aspects of the Bible. Of course the Bible is written in Herew and cannot be read in Arabic. Nor can the Gospel be read in Arabic. It is written in Greek. Why is that present day Muslims are ignorant. Get some education into your own history.

That’s why we were put here on Earth, why we were created. It does not favor it when people exaggerate in worshiping God while forgetting to enjoy life and rest, no one is forcing anyone to do anything. it helps us pick the right path that pleases God. Thats why Quran was sent to Earth.

You should honor your mother and father. If you want to love God, love first your parents, then try to love god. Those are traditions, but they must be followed with heart. Thats the goal

I am sorry but you can't read the Bible in English too.To understand the spirit of Tanaach you have to know Hebrew.Ancient Hebrew is not ''70% Arabic" This is non sense I read and understand Yemeni Iraqi ancient Hebrew scribtures wiithouth any problem.In fact there is no a single word which is wrriten diferently in ancient Hbrew but some words are prounanced differently.I can understand the whole Yemeni Jewish prayer, while our Arabic friends cant understand it.

What I am understanding is that the Koran is limited to the Arabic speakers.
The Bible however is for all, in John 3:16 says "for God so love the world that He gave His only Begotten Son, That whosever believes in Him shall not perish but have ever lasting life" The key words here are 'world' and whosover, that means any person regardless of gender, nationality, language or age. I would go for the Bible.
