This album fucking rocked!! There's no doubt about, just wanted to silde this comment in just to make change for those comments which say this album was no good :P
@Deidara85 indeed mate. however i think this song is not a good one.
slide guitar and total country rock feeling. as I mentioned previously (but the uploader removed it) this song is like if Graffin had written it for Shania Twain. Anyway what bad religion did since new america was really genious! the albums like process of belief, empire strikes first, new maps of hell are really really good ones. to be honest i do not care if they make bad albums like this once in a decade.
dear nunibomb, any reaction? censoring the opinions that are different than yours is a pathetic childish approach. i was not rude, i did not do any trash talk so what is your problem?
Well,, I"ll Be the one to say... If You like Bad Religion You love them,, And I Sure as Hell Love them,,,, Thay never Dissapoint!!NEVER.. and this is just another Collection of 15 songs that they put there heart into and its REALLY damn GOOD on the Ears Like always!!!!!! They never fail to RocK THE SHIT out of their Albums,, thats it... But Also Honestly I am Glad It Dont Sound Like A BUNCH of TRASH!!!!! ,, ,,, THEY Are SO GREAT GUYS,, It takes HEART being to have recorded almost 250 songs!!
I love this song and most of the other songs after Avalon. I love Turn Your Back On Me, Ad Hominem and I won't Say Anything. I think that the whole album is great; from it's opening speedy punk track through the unusual Devil in Stitches and right up to the final track. Greg and Brett are in the forites now and I suppose it is only natural that some of the material will be slower.
@Madmaninthemirror - I agree, that Finite is a great song, one of the best on the album.
@ForSure18 Raise your voice is a good song! Provided you don't expect too much from it, given it's only really supposed to be an anthem. But no, clearly this album is better; despite the fact that No Substance was a great album too, and New Maps of Hell is still their best work. Gotta love how Bad Religion keep the quality coming
Brett and Greg are a bit old to be doing weed XD Anyway, I really like the album. It starts off with pulsing speed and aggressive, yet melodic guitar work, but after "Avalon" it really just goes downhill. The last 5 songs have NO energy to them and aren't compelling in the slightest as far as guitar work goes. It's too bad too since some of the songs on this album are very reminiscent of the golden age of BR (ala No Control, Suffer, etc.) And Mike Campbell does this song no justice.
@greatexpectat1ons320 I tought that to, the first song was pure punk rock and I tought this one was going yo be theis best album, but like you said after "avalon" just goes downhill, but in general its a really good album.
@Nunibomb On the whole I think it is better before Avalon, but I still reckon Ad Hominem is a great song and in my opinion Finite is the best on the album. Don't know what you think, but that's my two cents
@Nunibomb Bad religion- you shouldn't turn it away just because it's not like there original punk rock style in this song is the lyrics that count. for example stranger than fiction- slumber, infected,

@greatexpectat1ons320 I'm sorry, but this is the best song on their album. I just don't get why they did not release this one first. It's a hit catcher!
@greatexpectat1ons320 I thought the same thing when I first listened to the song. Didn't sound like them at all. and it sounds just like a Wallflowers song in the opening. I think it's called The Difference. Still confused as to the Wallflower sound but it's still a good song.
@greatexpectat1ons320 Have you ever met a person who made you feel like everything they did was wrong? have you ever been on the side where you feel depraved from being yourself when you are around another, i guess not but i assume that has something to do with this song, I like this song because it reminds of all the things i've dreamed which came true, Let's just say some people are too good to last long in this universe, that makes more sense than anything else, i hope. I had a hangover..lol
I know its a totally different song, and while both are awesome as fuck[ing], this kicks Metallica's song by the same name 100x over on a rainy day.

Love this song and love BR! I agree. The main riff is almost identical to the Wallflowers song "The difference".

The album was a total disappointment, this song was one of the only two good songs on it.
It really doesn't stack up against their previous albums.

@melchizedekful Just to note, I really don't think Greg Graffin wrote this song. This screams Gurewitz.
