Je n'ai pas l'impression que madame Butler ait pour objectif de ridiculiser cet homme. Mais il est évident qu'elle souhaite gagner (et gagne) le combat qu'il a engagé. Elle a la puissance et la rapidité de réflexion, une bonne stratégie. Elle prend cependant soin de bien répondre à son interlocuteur, je trouve.
