I'm quite confuse about what combination should I do. Which for you is better, chest/biceps or chest/triceps? Yeah, I know there's a lot of articles that talk about this but I most trusted you so please help me with this one. Thank you!
I appreciate the video, your one of the few people who knows what their talking about. I always have trouble making up my mind for splits since i do a 4 days on 1 day off routine. What should I pair Shoulders up with, and chest? I really want to change my routine im stuck in a plateau
Good day sir. first of all let me just commend you for this very precise vid. its' simple and much informative mate. now, if you would, i just wanna ask your opinion why was it that after i worked out for my chest and then followed it up by doing triceps exercises the next day, my triceps Decreased its size. is it what they call as muscle burn? how can I prevent that. please, help me sir! thank you!...
@saintlibra12 Great question...this is actually what you are aiming for. You train your triceps (or any muscle) and break it down (so it becomes smaller). Then while you recover, your body overcompensates by making the muscle larger to avoid this happening again. It is completely normal.
Nice variations they work great tried them today and I could feel it work.I only knew like 2, and I knew I was slacking in that area, now I will not.Thanks for the tips.
dude thx for the great video...JUST using THE DUMBELLs are they enuf to get a good chest? or barbell bar is needed ? . do i work our chest just once a week or twice is beeter plz help me out broo : ) thxx
