  • Good day sir. first of all let me just commend you for this very precise vid. its' simple and much informative mate. now, if you would, i just wanna ask your opinion why was it that after i worked out for my chest and then followed it up by doing triceps exercises the next day, my triceps Decreased its size. is it what they call as muscle burn? how can I prevent that. please, help me sir! thank you!...

  • @saintlibra12 Great question...this is actually what you are aiming for. You train your triceps (or any muscle) and break it down (so it becomes smaller). Then while you recover, your body overcompensates by making the muscle larger to avoid this happening again. It is completely normal.
