@RANDEMIZIZ Use GIMP 2.8! Its much more easyer and afficent, my friend blujayanimations has a tutuorial you can view. Love your animation.. i used to suck on paint.. your amazing :D

lol well then,

i go to story board then use this icon that can magnify closer or farther to or from your animation, then all you do is click the picture and drag to how fast or slow you want it :)

1. zoom in on the timeline

2. click the picture you want to shorten

3. drag the right end as far as you can toward the left to make it go fast

4. replay and the animation should be good :D

i draw dogs and wolves very much and i had to studey about thare joint and howt to get them rigt and you did an exsepcenly well job love the eyes and you got the big upper body that is what can make something look like a wolf or a dog
