I kinda do my own exercises and I have a 29 inch vertical and a 33 running vert but I can't dunk I'm 5'8 and 14 I can easily grab the run on ten feet will this help?

just wondering abourt the workouts, lets say your working out doing dead lifts and hang cleans at the gym, then you gotta do rim jumps or medicine throws, i have walk 20 min to the park, so wll this make my workout less effective?
@xboyjonny Yo! X Its ok to hear cracking as long as it is without pain or any real discomfort. Like when I do sit ups i can hear my back crack sometimes. The key to workouts of any kind is to do them without pain. The only pain you should feel is after your workout, when your muscles are shredded from the workout. Peace!

@togogot0 there are lots of training techniques documented in the Jump Manual, exercises you can do at home, at the gym, on the court, meal plans and all kinds of stuff.
@chifan01452 depending on your fitness level and how hard you train, it could be 1 or 2 weeks to a month, maybe a month and a half if you wanna squeeze even those last 1-2 inches.
