The sea is full of water and, unless there is another chemical process that could turn water into something else, nature will recycle the water so to speak. What WE ALL should do is support ideas like these and make sure we look after our planet, being part of it and not dominate it as we do now... =)

There's a lot of videos on do it yourself HHO (Hydrogen from Water) all over YouTube. to run as Hybrids, where it improves fuel economy by as much as 50%. Though it is still experimental.

However there are those selling kits which don't work. There are those who are bad mouthing it to scare ppl off it.

Potentially it does away with oil and coal and solves the environmental problems. Cook with it, run a generator, and so on and go off the grid. It is however dangerous for flashback explosions.
