I know where this place is..its cross from lucky star hotel. Everyday there was 3-6 weddings 7 days a week.

Oh!you know about P.Penh well than me.I lived in P.Penh about 3 years before Pol Pot came to take over, but when I returned back to visit it last ten years and last year, I remembered only a few places because many things change a lot.

Not really. This was the hotel we stay at the last 2x I went back home to visit. everytime it changes when I go back home. I know places but i'm bad with the names of the area. Pretend to be a local but that doesn't last..lol
