clearly you have no idea or sense of what the whole music genre of drum and bass, jungle and dubstep is... and also hip-hop and many other genres inspired from it.

its literally a drum loop from a old funk/soul song called 'amen brother' or something like that, youtube it.. thats the main beat of this song. that sample of that drum loop inspired thousands of genres that make it onto our airwaves today...
