    Clapping, Lady E --{--@

  • Good bye Baby.

  • Great pics. Thanx 4 uploading. Had a crush on her ever since 'A taste of fear'. Think the only other film ive seen is 'Delta Force'. Unfortunately she wasn't included much in the 'Hammer Glamour' book i bought at Comic Con.

  • R.I.P. Susan.. a beautiful talented actress.

  • The very first movie I watched with Susan Strasberg in it was the Manitou. She was great in that movie!

  • thanks..more & more...

  • Thank you for this interesting tribute, i only knew her from "Picnic".

I cant believe she is only 17 years old in this phantastic movie............

  • Thank you so much. This is the most wonderful tribute to the lovely Susan Strasberg I have ever seen. She got a rough deal from life and deserves to be remembered for her talent and perseverance against so much adversity.

Oh, and the unforgettable 'Picnic' score fits perfectly. :)

  • How did she remember Marilyn?

  • Suzy was a wonderful and good person from the in and oudsite. bless her soul.

  • beutiful woman

  • she was so cute in Picnic

  • This tribute to Susan was so beautifully done. Thanks for all the information. I had no idea she had passed away, and at such a young age. She was so underrated as an actress. I love her in the film Kapo which I saw for the first time a while back on TCM. So long I'm going to watch more of your videos. Bravo.

  • Lovely.

  • lovely lady was she married and had any

children i remember seeing her on night

gallery with barry atwater i believe it was

in 1969 the story's name was the doll of

death, sad that she died young i just found out today what was the cause of death RIP

  • She was married and divorced once, and she had one daughter. Susan died of cancer, which also claimed the life of her mother.

  • She was also in a 1978 film called The Manitou. A little scary but she saves the day at the end. It also stars Tony Curtis. GH

  • @7777Lydia Go to Amazon and buy two books she has written - u can get them 2nd hand and very cheap - and when u read them, u will feel as if you had known her. A very open and sincere person - married the guy who played the soldier in Ryans Daughter - and had a great friendship with the late Jennifer Jones. Husbands last name was Jones - so she called her daughter (her only child) Jennifer Jones. Sadly died of breast cancer at the age of 61. x

  • Lovely, lovely ,just lovely! Thank you for the story; so sad, I wasn't aware of her life but then again you always make sure we learn about the star of the film clip. Thanks so much for all of your hard work.Very much appreciated and very much enjoyed.

  • You did alot of research for he bio. Excellent. I Loved the video too. Perfect song choice for the video btw.

    Awesome job sweetie!!!

  • Thanks Jessie!

  • This is a very well researched trubute well done. I have been enlightened somewhat.....

  • Lovely, absolutely lovely! The first time I saw Susan Strasberg in a film was the wonderful "Picnic" and I thought she was the best part of the film, frankly, next to Rosalind Russell. My favorite Strasberg film, incidentally, is "Hemingway'

s Adventures of a Young Man"..her and Richard Beymer are beautiful together! Great video!

  • Beautiful tribute and the music is lovely. The last time I saw Susan Strasberg was in the movie *Picnic* when it was show on German TV a whole while ago.

  • I loved the video & the info you provided about Susan, it was very informative. I was not aware of all the struggles & trials that she endured in her personal life & I knew she had died but I didn't know when or how old she was when she died, sadly she did die young.

I love that you used the song from "Picnic". I love that song & I enjoyed Susan's performance in that movie. Wonderful video!! Great Job!!

    Katie =^..^=

  • I enjoyed the video & the biographical info you wrote. Really wonderful!
