Most of the rotator cuff exercise videos on YouTube are made by "personal trainers" who don't really know anything about rehabilitation. This is the first one I've found that was thorough about how to lay, how to move, etc. It was also very professional in it's presentation. Thanks so much.
Are you intentionally using an offset grip for the last two lifts?
