I dont know about that excercise as I have some health problems. However I have been passing on Mcdonald and unhealthy fastfood and switched to subway. Ive been trying to walk a little more, Does that count? keep that training going.............much love.........donna

If I haven't seen it on your vlog before then maybe it was CTFxC or Katersonseven, but I KNOW I've seen a cart doing that in a vlog before. :-) Oh, I forgot to say thanks for the internet high-five (I did high-five the screen. Lol. Nice. How...random was that cart going down the middle of the street! Crazy. :) I'm starting 30 Day Shred tomorrow. I'm looking forward to it. Can't wait to see how we all do after the end of the challenge. :) We bought a new scale a couple weeks ago...Costco had a REALLY nice Weight Watchers one for $15. LOL. I don't want to see any videos of Cullen doing Insanity in his underwear. That'd just burn my eyeballs. XD
