9:06 I remember watching those candy bars being made at the World's Fair! Just imagine what that waterfall of melted chocolate smelled like inside that enclosed glass pavilion.
The name of the man standing next to Art Carney is Hal March, who later hosted "The $64,ooo Question". I'm surprised that you didn't recognize him. You claim to be the unofficial baby boomer guru of your television collecting generation, yet the video of you rummaging through collapsing (acid-containing) cardboard boxes filled with film is appalling. You, more than anyone, should know that storing films in that manner is detrimental to film preservation.
Not sure if it was you that embedded the questions in this clip or not Ira; ie: I don't know who the host or show was or who the actor was next to Art on the Gleason clip :(, but they reaffirmed for me just how very important your work is in preserving the history of television and how fascinating it all is, especially the era of the 40's 50's and 60's.
Ira if you're ever hiring, I am looking for work.

@RJS3566 Thanks for the offer. Sorry I'm a one man operation at this point in time. Keep watching, and good luck with your own work.

Interesting discovery, yep, the Sony is a very practical DV camera, I used it on 'Years Between A Seaford Story' what do you think!
Thanks.

It was meant to be a triva question. I have a lot of Hal March suff. Plus all great historians know they don't know everything.
