He didn't outright say it, but he said there were some heavy rumors and "Randy knows they are true". We'll never find out the truth because Randy died before admitting anything. But his brother is a good natured, honest person. Why would The Genius lie on the air about Randy?

Vince is a class act and is currently in the process of making professional wrestling whole again, using the indies as a "farm team" world-wide. Vince McMahon has done MUCH to make the word "wrestling" a household name and not a sideshow act, but a respectable institution which gives families something to bond with.
