I will send the helmet as soon as I can...
The Marine is part of an ongoing project I started a wee while back with a friend called Cbob on the forum. He sculpted the amazing helmet and the original feet and shins. The rest was built up and slowly modified over time....
I am constantly trying to improve the armour and weapons...
The only thing I have ever seen that comes close to a statue form like this is the Sideshows Marine from the Blizzard video game done a while back. There are many guys who paint these and I think they would all love to see a big huge marine. Im going to need you to help out if I go forward with a project.
Yes Kurt, you are correct. Anything with armor I love and the music works well.
This is something different and brings back memories of painting and playing the game for me. My dream is to make one of these in 1/4. I am going to ask Mark to help me design one. I like to make one happen in statue form, I think it would be an amazing statue!
