Jerry is singing most of the song (including the "I'm the man in box, buried in my shit" part) but that is definitely Will Duvall on the chorus. Jerry also sings more vocals than usual on the solo tour version of Them Bones.

You can hear two different voices in the chorus, Jerry sings his own part and he can't sing Layne's line because you need too much air , that would have been nonstop singing and you also hear for miliseconds how it's two voices and not one
