Hahahahahahahaha...I've seen a couple of these "Hitler" videos and the only two that seems really well done are this one and "Hitler reacts to the Hitler parodies being removed from YouTube".

Also, just as a note, the movie this clip is parodying "Downfall"(2004) is a very good movie and one I would recommend...especially if you are interested in Hitler in anyway, which is basically everyone. Hahahahahaha!

They are, and so are clips used for satirical purposes. The Nostalgia Critic even made a funny little vid explaining this, but evidently, it went ignored. You can still find other people who have uploaded his videos on Youtube, but as for the NC himself, he got the boot. Just as well; his site is better anyway.
