Agree, some people are really overreacting.

I love that he isn't afraid to change his style. Bill dresses for himself and no one else.

Personally, I"ve always like his hair more relaxed and yes the lipstick and sparkly hair band make him look like a girl, but he still wears less makeup than others, like Marilyn Manson. He has delicate facial features so even a little make up can make him look feminine - but so what.
