literally all you have to do is tape up the ball except for the fuse. i just single layer the tape. this year im gonna try to do a second layer of tape. i use duct tape but i heard that electrical tape works as well or maybe better. i'll record another right when i get a pack. this year, im spending most of my money on piccolo petes, and crackling balls.

you take that red thing out that is on the bottom then you like try to break the picclo pete in half then get the fuse out and put it in the middle of the cracked picclo pete like put the picclo pete back but dont tape it after u crack it then put the fuse in between the two crack parts and light it and it should fly
