questions for for...do you know how to set up the HHO systems in the 1999 toyota 4runner V6..well i did tried but the check engine came on everytime. well i have a MAP/MAF enhansor and the EFIE installed. maybe you can help me out on this...THANK YOU...I really need your help on this....please email me at ((xinlex@yahoo.com))
What you have there is a really really effective carbon monoxide generator. Over 60% of the gas generated is CM. Trash can the baking soda, use something else. Lye is good.
uh...is it dc? like uh first part of demo is what you are doing. you mean 120 volts dc? i guess since you switched polarity at end of video then i guess its not ac. rectification means changing ac to dc. this is a diode blocking dc so why is rectifier word used?
It seems like using the high voltage causes the diode plate to grow much faster, and I like the idea how you can grow two at a time. Maby you should rotate the plates to ensure a uniform diode plate all around the metal.
I was wondering about this diode effect with aluminum and read that its aluminum oxide causing it. I didnt know you already had a vid on this subject, but I have a vid now with some notes on it too.
I used Zinc coated steel(galvanized) and Aluminum. There is some reverse leakage but it's negligible. Very cool effect. Folks at home can use a battery charger in series with a tail lamp and the cell to test this theory. I used a beer can and fence wire when I was playing with HHO.
they used to make a similar device known as a brine tank rectifier,to convert high line voltage to high dc voltage to run dc big dc motors before induction motors came along.

This comment has received too many negative votes show
baking soda consists of NaHCO3, some acid i dont know at the moment and flour. so the white stuff will be flour

because it can be used as rectifier, this greatly shows that it works...

be carefull bacing soda will create corbon monoxide

would salt or vinager work better then bakeing soda to draw less amps

would this also work fora hv rectifier, i was wantin to do a the output of a microwave oven transformer
crob227 3 years ago
the reason you get a high pull on the transformer is because the more electrolyte you use the more amps are required.
great work. question: does the steel rust when it is connected to the positive polarity on the battery?

this has something to do with metal work functions, right? like a shottky diode.
