awesome man, someone finally put up some videos of steve clifford's drums...I play around with Circa's music all the time. yo do you know what cymbal he uses next to his tom as a ride and crash? i know it's a sabian...mmm the one your using doesnt sound bad. I use a 20 inch A Zild custom and a 16 inch Armand Crash and they sound good. What crashes do you use?

He doesn't have to do that really... It's personal preference how you like to play/be positioned. It may not be the "recommended" way to play but if it's comfortable for him hell I say go right ahead and do it.
